But first, let’s prep for the course by understanding the relationship between joy and abundance and how to boost our joy level by nurturing our natal Jupiter. In the recording below, Jeannette takes us through it, step by step.
Jupiter and Joy
Joy and happiness go together with health and wealth and the first place we’re going to connect with this idea is through our natal Jupiter placement. So lets all dust off our charts and find Jupiter by house, sign and aspect. If your not sure how, please put your hand up in the comments and we can walk you through it.
Example Charts
On the recording, Jeannette has four great example charts.
If you want to use your chart as an example here, post in the comments.
Diving Deeper into Jupiter Abundance
Here’s our Astrology for Deliberate Creators talk on all things Jupiter if you want to go further.
Jeannette and Kim discuss scripting in various forms and how focusing on Jupiter, planet of plenty, can boost awareness, confidence and enthusiasm, making those scripts ring true. It is a way to open doors to abundance, and fast!
Jupiter Key Words
Let’s chat in the forum below.
hi Kim how do you find
the notes please ?
Hi Jacque, I only just saw this. Which notes do you mean? The example charts?

My Jupiter is 12 Pisces in the first house.
This is a wonderful placement for Jupiter. Is your chart in the gallery? If you load it up there we can take a look.
It is int he gallery and I have put a link in here
Hi Soewnearth,
Thanks for jumping in.
Here’s what I notice right away. Your Jupiter in Pisces is 3 degrees from the 2nd house cusp, so we might read it almost 50/50 first and second houses. At least, Jupiter’s interests between 1st and 2nd house affairs are divided.
It’s like he’s at a party, standing at the door of one room looking into the next.
When you listened to the recording, could you relate to the example of Jupiter in the 2nd house?
In the first, the qualities of Jupiter come out strongly in the mannerisms and general MO – big energy, expansive POV, optimistic, generous, restless… of course, your Jupiter makes major aspects to ALL your planets save for Venus, Saturn and Uranus, so he’s colored by their agendas, some more than others. It can mean that tapping into Jupiter taps those seven other planets as well, so you might have learned to take baby steps, tiptoe around some of those sleeping giants.
Still, to boost the joy of Jupiter, living the core values of Pisces through your connections to others, the way you dress, speak, interact …. the impression you leave, will likely feel ‘right’ to you. It’s about allowing yourself to be sensitive, feel connected to all life, care for those you love, make life better for those who hurt, and find ways to immerse in the world of imagination.
What can you tell me about your Jupiter, your JOY. Where do you find the easiest access to it?
I must admit I wasn’t paying for me attention to the 2nd house so I will have to listen again. My Joy, my go to joy would be books and reading, esp fantasy books. But also travel books esp when people go and live in foreign countries and cook books, I read them for fun. Currently I don’t have much by way of interaction with others except online as we are quite isolated but I am working on living within walking distance of the ocean so I can take my dog for walks on the beach. I also have an arts practice that is based around good environmental practices. I also like to research arts related things and make samples of variations. I don’t know if these are either 1st 2nd house or Piscean Jupiter things
What a wonderful go-to-joy list. I think it has to do with your Grand Trine – Water with Jupiter – Neptune – Mercury. The more you express these joys, the richer your life becomes, for sure!
I have Jupiter in Taurus, 2nd house (conjunct Venus and very close to my sun), with that placement you’d think I would be rolling in it 😊
What a great example. Is your chart in the gallery? Let’s have a look at the whole picture.
Hi Kim, great to see you here for this course. I really enjoyed the call we had with Jeannette & there were some very interesting insights. I have done a transit chart for myself & will share it here; I will interpret it asap….got to go to work in a minute. But, I will interpret this.

I loved the call too – listened to it twice!
I hope everyone enjoys exploring their Jupiter and finding ways to live it out. My Jupiter is 29 Gemini, so an abundance of writing, communication and research into the unknown is game on for me. It’ in the 11th house, so there is the feeling of friendship, being connected to others, being social, either F2F or in cyber communities, to muse on.
I’m going to explore this more for myself. Makes me happy just thinking about it.
Hi Kim & all my fellow GVA’ers! Here’s my interpretation of my current Jupiter transit. As specified on the call Jeannette did state that we look at our Jupiter transit. So here goes: firstly, the current Jupiter transit is in my 1st house with Scorpio ruling. Well what does that tell me?….Lot’s of things! For one YES I am absolutely a big lover of travel (I have traveled a bit but, I desire to do so much more!) & I have been wanting FREEDOM for such a longgggggggggggg time!!!!! I want to go abroad & achieve a degree & at the same time explore my horizons. This is definitely to do with me wanting to go to Quebec & explore not only my French heritage a lot more but, also my past-life/ancestor there to find the missing pieces of my own puzzle. Very interestingly there was a mention of mega vital force or Qi…the key word is “Qi”! Because I do Spring Forest Qi Gong (Level 3) from time to time & recently in the weekends I have been doing Levels 1 & 2 just to release myself a little bit more. And yes I do strongly desire to become an Entrepreneur through by becoming an author….makes perfect sense! Need to get writing again!!!
With Jupiter in Scorpio…well they all make sense! For one I want to expand my own power & also I have learnt healing modalities such as Qi Gong, Theta Healing & Reiki. I have always wanted my own privacy but, the only place I can experience this is my own bedroom. The biggest (& only) connection I have with other people are the amazing & wonderful peeps at GVU/GVA! And I absolutely love it so much! I’m always happy when I go on live calls. Yay! 🙂
Hope I’ve explained this correctly. 😉
You have a strong handle on what is giving you joy via transiting Jupiter.
With your natal Jupiter in Gemini conjunct Venus and trine Uranus, things like travel and learning, connecting to groups, all things cyber community and delving into pasts lives to help understand your present… they all fit.
What is the one Jupiter thing you can do right now, just 1% more? Do you know what I mean? Make your life just a smidge better in one of these areas?
Hi Kim. Yes I know what you meant with the question. I did have a long hard think about this when I looked at my Natal Chart. The only thing I can think of is to do with me drawing. I did look for an Art Class near me but, had absolutely no success. But, it dawned on me that I bought a self-help drawing/sketching book & so I did begin to do some light basic sketching of shapes just for practice….will continue to do so until I feel confident to move onto the next step. Is that the correct answer? I did look for Aikido classes near me but, they are just too far away by public transport (& I don’t have a car).
Or is there something else Jupiter that am I suppose to do? Hmmm?!
